Size & privacy
Will the ChangePod be the right height for my child?
The ChangePod is 130 cm tall and 70 cm across. Before ordering, mark 130 cm from the floor on a wall and have your child stand beside it. Check where the mark reaches compared with the areas they need covered.
If chest coverage matters, the rim needs to sit above their chest. Choose by measurements and coverage needs rather than age alone. The 130 cm measurement is the pod’s height, not a maximum user height.
How much privacy does it provide?
The ChangePod’s fabric sides create a space to get changed, with an open top. The coverage it provides depends on the user’s height, their movements and where you position it.
Check coverage before changing, including as your child moves. Choose a spot away from people who could look down into the open top.
Can adults use it too?
This size is designed with children in mind. An adult may fit inside, but the 130 cm height may not provide the upper-body coverage they need. Use the same wall-height check before ordering.
How big is it when packed away?
The ChangePod folds flat into a disc approximately 70 cm across and comes with a carry bag. Check that diameter against the space in your boot or storage area before ordering.
Using your ChangePod
How do I set it up?
Remove it from the carry bag, keep the folded pod under control and release the retaining straps. Guide the spring frame as it opens, keeping it away from faces and anyone standing nearby.

Is it difficult to fold away?
There’s a technique to the fold, so the video is the best place to start. Follow the demonstration to compress and twist the frame, secure the retaining straps and return it to the carry bag.

Can I use it in windy conditions?
Choose a sheltered spot and avoid strong or gusty winds. If the pod moves or changes shape enough to affect coverage, stop changing and move somewhere more protected.
Can I pack it away wet?
Let the ChangePod dry fully before storing it in its carry bag. If you need to pack it briefly for the trip home while it’s damp, take it out and let it air-dry as soon as you arrive.
Shipping & returns
How much is shipping?
Our current offer includes free standard shipping Australia-wide on all ChangePod orders, with no minimum spend. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. All prices are in Australian dollars.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. If you need your ChangePod for a particular date, contact us with your postcode before ordering so we can help you check the expected timing.
If you’re checking an order you’ve already placed, include your order number when you get in touch.
What if the ChangePod isn’t right for us?
Please check our returns policy for the current change-of-mind return conditions. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back so we can guide you through the next steps.
Your rights if a product is faulty or doesn’t match its description are separate from change-of-mind returns.
What if my ChangePod is damaged or develops a fault?
Email hello@amunais.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. We’ll work with you to arrange the appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
